Bikes

If you are sending a package by motorbike, invariably it is required urgently, so when you place a booking we always give an accurate pick up time. We will automatically call you back if we are unable to meet the time stated.

We also aim to ensure that riders are never given more to do than they can realistically cope with.

Bikes are available between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. Deliveries outside of these times, including weekends, will be completed by parcel car.

Standard Service

• Pick up time - within 25 minutes of booking.
• Delivery time within central London - within 60 minutes of pick up.

N.B. There will be occasions when these times cannot be adhered to.

Express Service

Our Express Service is available on request and guarantees that the rider goes straight to your delivery address without making any other drops.

• Guaranteed direct delivery.
• Proof of delivery (POD) phoned through automatically.
